Dusty Kent is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mr. Kent started his career in 1989 in the roofing industry, working in sales with one of the largest roofing suppliers in the US. He moved on to begin his roofing company in 1992 and quickly became one of the largest roofing companies in the Houston area. He is well versed in all types of roofing installations and oversees a wide range of roofing projects that span many states. In the late '90s and early 2000s, his company became extensively involved in Military Housing. It became one of the leading roofing contractors in the nation handling new construction and re-roofs on our US Military Bases. In 2015 Mr. Kent joined forces with his uncle Lee Hill and forged a new company Hillco Building Services. This new venture opened the doors for Hillco Building Service to be one of the leading roofing companies in that state, which handles all types of roofing for New Construction Residential Homes and Multifamily Buildings, Re-roofing of Residential Multifamily Homes, Commercial Roofing as well as Military Housing.

Zachary Kent started in the roofing industry in 2015 as a sales representative for one of the top distribution companies in the US. While working as a sales representative, he acquired advanced knowledge of roofing products, delivery logistics, and effective problem solving. After three years of working in the distribution industry, he decided to move to Hillco to help grow the family business. During his first year at Hillco, he spent most of his time on job sites across the country, where he quickly began to understand the day-to-day operations of running a job site and what it takes to get the job done as swiftly and safely as possible. Since then, Zachary has continued to help grow the family business and is certified by several of the top shingle, TPO, and metal manufacturers for extended warranties on all housing and commercial properties.

Kiel Peterson started his career in the roofing industry in 2006. Kiel has been involved in all aspects of the industry from project management, production management, and lastly sales for both residential and commercial properties. Throughout his journey of becoming one of the top producing roofing contractors he has learned from both his success and failures, which has allowed him to become the outstanding leader he is today. Kiel truly enjoys seeing the success stories from helping customers throughout the construction process as well as training and leading his sells team to be the best they can be. Kiel looks forward to continuing the family tradition at Hillco Building Service by delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service to our communities.

Jose Lozano is a University of Houston College graduate. He graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a specialization in internal auditing. He also minored in Spanish for Business Professionals. Jose started as a Staff Accountant in 2007 for a CPA Firm. In 2008 he moved on to work in the construction industry for a Roofing Company as the CFO. After five years, he came to work for Hillco Building Service, LLC. Since August of 2013, he has been the CFO of Hillco. Mr. Lozano has been an integral cog in helping the business grow exponentially.

Simon Lozano started his career working for his father in the construction industry at the young age of sixteen. After a decade of working in the field, Simon had acquired an immense amount of knowledge, from product installation to the importance of getting the job done in a timely manner. Simon joined the HillCo family in 2015 as the lead operations manager, where he has overseen the scheduling and the quality control of over 100 million dollars in roofing and restoration projects. Simon holds installation certifications in all roofing products HillCo installs and holds an OSHA 30 certificate for construction safety. Simon’s passion and dedication to the perfection of every job is what makes him a pivotal member of the HillCo team.

Anthony Snyder earned his financial and construction knowledge early in the real-estate management industry. Beginning his career, Anthony served as a manager at Associa Management for 10+ years in several capacities. His job description included the director of marketing, manager of mid-rise condominiums, construction coordinator, and certified manager of associations earning the designation of CMCA from the Community Association Institute at the young age of 23, allowing the oversite of operations consisting of a multi-million-dollar portfolio. In 2015, Anthony joined his longtime friend Dusty Kent at Hillco Building Service providing cost analysis, product placement, and procurement of the largest multinational clients in the roofing industry. With this help, Hillco Building Service is one of the strongest names in the roofing industry.
